At the time of the accident Noble was driving under the influence and was involved in head-on accident according to prosecutors on Interstate 5. Noble was charged with two counts of vehicular assault by the Attorney Generals Office for the two women that were injured during head-on collision. The women were both injured and treated for broken bones after the accident. Noble sustained internal injuries during accident and required surgery; he was transported to Harborview medical Center.
King County assessor was given a blood test at the scene of the accident for suspicion of driving under the influence, he reportedly had an alcohol level of 0.22%, which is close to three times the legal limit according to the state police.
Noble was not required post bail by the Attorney General's Office; he was released on his own recognizance under certain conditions. These include not driving a vehicle without a valid license, not to consuming alcohol or any controlled substances with the exception of prescriptions and not to operate a motor vehicle while taking medications.
According to the Attorney Generals Office spokeswoman Janelle Guthrie the prosecution did not ask for bail, because Noble has no criminal history and it is not a flight risk. March 19th and Noble will be arranged in King County Superior Court.<
