Lazarus suspect in strange case

It is good to be back to San Francisco, I had a pretty good trip over there...in a very strange and brutal case coming out of the Holly-weird area, according to various reports LAPD officers Stephanie Lazarus has been charged with premeditated murder some twenty-three years after the death of Sherri Rae Rasmussen.
