Chicago Individual Charged With DUI and Female injured

According to various media articles, fifty-one year old John Monsen was apparently detained following his allegedly running a red light and smacking into another car. It appears that he is a Chicago resident has also been likewise charged with other offences besides just the said dui .
All in all, the suspect in question was driving east according to the authorities on Oakton Street at approximately 10:30 a.m. when he went through a red light and struck the woman’s vehicle that was traveling south on Prospect Avenue.
