Bizarre Atlanta Legal News
In a rather weird and wacky criminal defense related legal stary as I returned from Dallas, Former Clayton County financial advisor and MARTA board member named Ed Wall pleaded no contest to charges he had intercourse in a Hartsfield-Jackson Airport bathroom. I wonder if he has a decent attorney for this one? All in all he pleaded no contest, got twelve months of overall probation, some sixty-four more hours of community service as well as a somewhat modest fine too. Furthermore, he was admitted to the first offenders program, which if he can finish each of the particular conditions and is not charged with any more crimes for the next year it will not appear on his record in this bizarre criminal defense case.. Well no harm no foul and no injury involved, right? It is better than DUI or DWI I suppose. It sort of reminds me of an incident in Dallas a while back. It appears that what happened was the authorities saw him and someone else in a bathroom just outside of one of the airport restaurants engaging in intercourse. As an aside if you require a top drawer Dallas DUI attorney then may I suggest the Law Offices of one Mathew Arnold as he is an excellent and experienced Dallas DUI attorney in my humble opinion. Furthermore, he is also a professional Dallas criminal defense and DWI attorney as well. Alright now back to the article at hand:. Pettry a resident of Indianapolis pleaded no contest in February of this year. Attorney Keith Martin stated that Wall had already paid the fine, and has completed 65 hours of community service, counseling and will likely seek early discharge overall. It will be interesting to see how this one turns out in the end.
