Another tragic DWI Tale on our Highways

Well it is good to be back in Little Rock after my trip to Manhattan to see my attorney. You know, a DUI or a DWI and the pain it causes just never seems to go away. All in all, the following is an all too familiar instance:
According to reports, it has been reported that eighteen yo Tynielle Silvera died right away when Ken Serwan, 46, who is a Lindenhurst resident with a wife and 3 teenage children (great role model hugh?), apparently simply crashed into here in his vehicle. For his part, he at least had the sense to wait next to his victim’s body for help to arrive, unlike some of the others that I have read about. Now he will likely need a DUI, Little Rock DWI attorney or perhaps a criminal defense attorney as well depending.
Mrs. Silvera was quoted as stating, "My child had so much promise. He should rot in hell." It was reorted that she had to be held upright by relatives and court officers as she was led from the courtroom screaming and slamming her fists against the walls.
Algar, Maniace, and Sanderson also report that the defensent in question has a prior DWI or DUI related arrest from 1992. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Investigators have not yet determined Serwan’s speed and whether he had a red or green light at the intersection, according to the article.
Serwan works as a database manager and is a youth-soccer coach.
For her part, she (Mrs. Silvera) was quoted as saying, "He is a murderer. He killed my child. He needs to be put away. He should not even be arraigned. He should be hung."
As a sad footnote to this unfortunate story, Tynielle Silvera was enrolled for the fall semester at Nassau Community College, had a steady boyfriend who was quoted as saying she was the only girl he ever loved.
